1. Return Conditions
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging.
Please ensure you include proof of purchase (such as a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email).
2. Return Process
Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team via email, stating the reason for the return and providing your order number.
Obtain Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
Package Return: Please securely pack the item along with the RMA number and mail it to the designated address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be processed through your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment service may require additional time to process your refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to defective goods or incorrect shipment.
